This Per Diem Physical Therapist role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality rehab and community-based care directly to patients in their homes.As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work with senior care populations, including geriatric patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
