We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Mesa, AZ. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young learners, preparing them for a successful transition to kindergarten. What You'll Do Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans. Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and updates to parents and guardians. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets health and safety regulations. Collaborate with school staff and administrators to support inclusive learning and community events. Requirements Associate Degree, Child Development, or a related field. Current Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting. Certification in CPR and First Aid, Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Nice To Have Bilingual capabilities, particularly English and Spanish, to support our diverse Mesa community. Experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
