About the Role:

Join CARING MINDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC as a Paid Family Provider in our DDD Program, where you can turn your caregiving skills into a rewarding career. This role allows you to provide essential support to your family members while being compensated for your dedication and love.

Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time, Full- Time/ Flexible

Are you a family member, friend, or trusted neighbor who helps support someone with developmental disabilities? Through Arizona’s DDD program, you may be able to get paid for the care you already provide.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to become Paid Providers for someone enrolled in the DDD system. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while earning income with a flexible schedule that works around your availability.

What We Offer:

• Pay from $15.50 – $18.00 per hour

• Free training provided, including:
• Article 9
• CPR
• First Aid
• Guidance through the entire onboarding process
• Assistance obtaining a Fingerprint Clearance Card if you do not already have one

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must live in Arizona
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Must complete required training (provided at no cost to you)
• Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting. If you are not yet confirmed, we will help guide you through the process.

Start Date: You can begin working as soon as training is completed, and your DDD provider's status is confirmed.
