RN Home Health Visits

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health visits to patients in their homes. This position begins as part-time and is ideal for an RN who enjoys independent work, flexible scheduling, and one-on-one patient care. Driving to patient homes is required. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes per physician orders and care plans Perform comprehensive assessments, vital signs, and skilled nursing interventions Administer medications, wound care, injections, and treatments Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease processes, and safety Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition Complete accurate, timely documentation for each visit Communicate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members Follow all home health regulations and agency policies Qualifications Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health experience preferred, not required) Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel Comfortable using EMR and mobile documentation systems Schedule Per-diem, Part-time to start Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and nurse availability Opportunity to increase visits over time Benefits Flexible part-time schedule One-on-one patient care Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunity for growth Compensation Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per visit Additional Requirements CPR Certification (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jethro Health System LLC
