Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Lead a team of behavior technicians and build individualized intervention plans Work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy Observe sessions, coach in real time, and make adjustments to treatment plans Collaborate with the clinical director and senior clinical research team Develop treatment plans in meetings with families Participate in cutting-edge research through SprigLAB Requirements Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing individualized ABA therapy plans while effectively collaborating with families and clinical teams. Strong leadership skills in coaching behavior technicians and adapting treatment strategies based on real-time observations.
