You’ll be the key link between customers and technicians—managing service intake, ensuring clear communication, and helping customers confidently move forward with necessary repairs and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with professionalism and urgency Gather primary vehicle concerns and create accurate work orders Review digital inspections and build estimates that convert Communicate with customers throughout the repair process Follow up on declined services and generate repeat business Coordinate with technicians to monitor workflow and job completion Maintain clean and accurate customer notes in Tekmetric Handle warranty approvals, parts sourcing, and status updates Qualifications: 1+ years of service writing or customer service experience in an automotive setting Strong communication and sales skills (not afraid to follow up and ask for the sale) High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a sense of urgency Comfortable using shop management systems (Tekmetric experience is a plus) Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair timelines Professionalism, accountability, and reliability are a must Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required What We’re Looking For: A team player with a “get it done” mindset Someone who can own their role without needing constant oversight Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high customer satisfaction Sales-focused with an ability to convert declined work into approved jobs Compensation: Hourly + commission structure based on performance Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week including some Saturdays Apply today to become a vital part of our high-performance team.
