What you will be doing:

1. Perform routine operational tasks following established procedures.
2. Monitor production systems and escalate issues as needed.
3. Maintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance and audit.
4. Assist in process improvements and participate in team projects.
5. At senior levels: mentor junior associates and coordinate small workstreams.

What you bring:

• High school, equivalent
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Standing 100% of the scheduled time is a requirement.
• Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and applications specific to the function
• Requires strong attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills must be clear, tactful, and constructive
• Data entry skills
• May require occasional lifting, standing, walking and bending and must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
