In this role, you’ll build relationships with property developers, ownership groups, management companies, and hospitality customers to bring best-in-class fitness experiences to the places where people live and stay. You’ll own the territory strategy and full sales cycle, identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering solutions tailored to each property and customer. This is a highly customer-facing role that combines consultative selling, territory development, and relationship management. **Preferred Candidate Locations:**This is a remote, field-based role, with an expectation of being on the road and in front of customers 3+ days per week. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $47,500 - $64,800 annually.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.This position is eligible to receive a vehicle allowance to offset the costs of using a personal vehicle for business related purposes.This position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.
