Senior Product Manager
Insight Global
A client/employer of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and modernization of identity, onboarding, authentication, and authorization services that support enterprise digital experiences. Partner closely with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, API-driven platform capabilities, improve legacy systems, and establish long-term ownership and governance models.
Key Responsibilities may include:Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs across cross-functional teams.
Drive API-first, cloud-native platform modernization initiatives.
Establish platform governance, ownership, and operational excellence.
Improve system reliability, performance, security, and scalability. Required Skills & Experience Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Platform Product Management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, identity management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Identity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM), customer onboarding, or identity verification platforms.
Shared platform or enterprise service ownership.
API gateways, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, SQL, Postman, Swagger, and related technologies.
