Tax Manager Opportunity
Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP is an award-winning, full-service accounting, tax, and business advisory firm committed to helping clients make confident, informed business decisions. Headquartered in Horsham, PA, with additional offices in Center City Philadelphia and Bonita Springs, FL, we have served closely held businesses with domestic, multi-state, and international footprints for more than 35 years. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, advising businesses and individuals, and supporting the continued growth of our tax practice. In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful guidance, and a strong understanding of each client's goals and business needs.
- Prepare and review complex individual and entity tax returns while delivering strategic tax planning and compliance services.
- Manage client portfolios, tax projections, notices, research, and special projects with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members by reviewing technical work, sharing knowledge, and encouraging professional development.
- Identify opportunities to expand services, deepen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
- Stay current on tax law changes, conduct technical research, and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Who You Are
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
- You bring 7+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.
- You are a licensed CPA.
- You combine strong technical tax knowledge with leadership, communication, and client service skills.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client engagements and priorities.
