Maintenance Technician
Exciting Apartments in Lower Valley are seeking reliable Maintenance workers and groundskeepers. Job activities will include Painting, Trash/debris pickup on Grounds and general maintenance and janitorial duties. This position will be mainly outside, Required tools include KneePads, Back support belt, Steel Toe Boots. Experienced maintenance workers is a plus, Bring your own tools if you have them!

Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temporary position
- $ 15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Complete all necessary repairs, painting, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to ensure apartments are move-in ready for new residents. Clean and prepare vacant units for new occupants, including ensuring appliances are in working order, walls are painted, and floors are spotless. Inspect apartments for damage and address any maintenance issues before move-ins. Replace or repair any damaged fixtures, fittings, or furniture in the unit.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
The following items are 100% Required and NOT optional: KneePads, Steel Toe Boots, Back support brace

- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
