Overview As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's goal‑oriented partner in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. You train and coach your team into high-performing sellers who provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team meets sales goals, maintains brand standards, and delivers operational excellence, while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: as a Leader on Duty (LOD), you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions and help develop short- and long-term plans to drive key KPIs. People leadership: motivate and inspire your team through our core values. Model leadership and hold your team accountable to customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room. Talent, training and development: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is adequately staffed. Train and develop your team to consistently provide outstanding service. Teamwork and performance feedback: provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and celebrate outstanding team performance. Operational excellence: execute and improve daily procedures, maintain visual standards in every store zone, and keep fitting rooms guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
