Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker, the remote position will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, counseling services, and care coordination for patients and families within a virtual medical setting, focusing on patient-centered care in a healthcare environment. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient and family needs Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and coordinate community resources Provide emotional support and counseling to patients, educating them about medical conditions and treatment options Required qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program Current Arizona state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent Minimum two years of clinical social work experience preferred Experience in healthcare/medical settings strongly preferred Availability to work standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) in Pacific Time
