Location: Milan, OH Duration: 3-month contract (potential temp-to-perm) Pay: $20/hr (W2) Work Mode: 100% On-site

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support warehouse and plant operations, including receiving, inventory tracking, data entry, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. This role requires strong multitasking skills, accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily receiving of raw materials and packing slips in SAP/BPCS/ELKE systems
• Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and support audits (GR/IR, IOL, Live Link)
• Provide operational support to logistics, purchasing, and finance teams
• Perform data entry, maintain documentation, and manage raw material files
• Handle inbound/outbound mail, office supply orders, and phone communication
• Assist with payroll processing (as needed) and warehouse 5S initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
• Ability to meet quality and time standards in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math, data entry accuracy, and good hand-eye coordination
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or clerical experience preferred
