Clearing Associate

About The Company Our client is a technology driven, multi-asset investment firm operating on a global scale. The Clearing Associate will support the clearance and settlement of fixed income products for the firm. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end trade clearance and settlement of U.S. Treasury transactions through FICC Monitor trade flows and ensure accurate trade capture, allocation, and matching Liaise with counterparties, custodians, and FICC to ensure smooth trade settlement Support regulatory and industry reporting requirements related to fixed income clearance Identify, investigate, and resolve breaks, fails, and settlement discrepancies Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and controls Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 3-6 years of experience in fixed income operations Experience within U.S. Treasuries clearance and settlement preferred Strong understanding of FICC processes, margin, and settlement cycles Experience working with clearing systems, trade matching platforms, and custodians Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting fixed income clearing Salary Range $150,000-$200,000 Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Other Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
