Operating room experience Trauma experience Shift and call flexibility Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The role involves working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be part of a team that operates up to 13 rooms. Collaboration with CSTs is essential to meet patient needs. Staffing requirements vary throughout the day and week. Availability for trauma response during off-hours is necessary. The unit handles a diverse range of surgical procedures including trauma, general surgery, gynecology, neuro, and more. Experience in burn and robotic surgeries is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills. A forward-thinking and team-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role. Weekend rotation and on-call availability every four weeks are required. The typical call shifts may vary in duration.
