Position: Manager Talent Management
\nLocation: Miami
\n \nOverview:
\nBased in the Miami office, we are searching for a Manager of Talent Management for an international organization in the consumer goods sector.
\nThis opportunity will support the Talent Management Director as well as the Head of HR for LATAM with talent strategy and activities across the LATAM region.
\n \nResponsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Support the growth of the organization through talent development across LATAM \n
- Report to the Head of HR as well as dotted line to the Global Head of Talent Management \n
- Work closely with HRBP's and the LATAM business to implement Talent strategies \n
- Responsible for managing Culture, OD, Engagement, Performance, Succession, L&D, Training and Leadership Development initiatives \n
- Working closely with the Global Talent Management Teams \n
- Coordinate Talent Management reporting across the region \n
- Designing and implementing Talent projects across LATAM - for example; Onboarding processes; Training & Development; Performance Reviews, Goal Setting... \n
- Implement long and short term succession planning to ensure retention and development \n
- Support performance management strategies and initiatives \n
- Maintain effective communication across the region with the HR Business partners \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field \n
- 5+ years progressive HR experience including talent management \n
- Proven track record of supporting talent management activities and implementing best practices \n
- Analytical mindset and experience using / understanding data to support talent management initiatives \n
- Embracing of HR technology and systems (SuccessFactors) \n
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills \n
- Passionate and engaging personality \n
- Excellent organisational and project management skills \n
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills \n
- Fluent English and Spanish essential \n
