Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic cardiopulmonary care under supervision in general patient care areas.
• Perform advanced patient care tasks as assigned by the cardiopulmonary director or supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC charting system.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance, adhering to the facility's dress code.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered with the board for respiratory care.
• Experience using Epic charting system.
• Current BLS certification through AHA.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC required.
• Ability to function effectively in a Level 2 trauma setting.
• Willing to work weekends as scheduled.
