You'll have comprehensive, paid training while working with a team that values compassion, community stewardship, accessibility, work ethic, and FUN.We are currently seeking full-time cooks at The Skinny Pancake in Albany who are passionate about local food, supporting their team, and contributing to a bustling restaurant. Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks can expect to be scheduled to work the line, spin crepes, dishwash, or do food prep.Cooks' compensation includes a competitive base wage plus a back-of-house RevShare split amongst kitchen staff. Cooks have a base rate of $17 - $22 per hour, depending on experience, with an average hourly RevShare of $1.62 per hour!
