Property Appraiser I Field Valuation & Research
State of Montana
Montana Department of Revenue seeks a Property Appraiser 1 to perform residential property reviews, inspections, and market analysis for accurate valuation. The role requires data research, field appraisals, and handling inquiries while contributing to the department's state-wide property assessment goals.
Ideal candidates have 2 years post-secondary education in related fields and 1 year of experience; Montana certification and USPAP training within the first year are preferred.
