Job Summary:

We are seeking two details-oriented Supply Chain Data Specialists to support our Rochester team with a high-priority data clean-up initiative. This role focuses heavily on system auditing, material requirements planning (MRP) data validation, and proactive vendor management.

The ideal candidates will bring strong data entry precision and a proven track record of navigating ERP systems to resolve past-due purchase orders and streamline production order workflows.

****Key Responsibilities MRP & Production Data Clean-Up: ****

• Audit and update Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) data and existing production orders to ensure absolute accuracy for production schedules.
• Tactical Vendor Management: Proactively contact vendors to track down past-due purchase orders (POs), obtain reliable, updated delivery timelines, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• System & Master Data Maintenance: Execute high-volume data entry to update critical master data fields and timelines across internal systems, specifically Infor and P2P platforms.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of revised supplier commitments and purchase order status for management review.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain administration. Experience within a high-tech manufacturing, defense, or aerospace environment is highly preferred.
• Systems Expertise: Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP software (direct experience with Infor and P2P systems is a significant advantage) and Microsoft Excel.
• Data Integrity: Exceptional attention to detail with proven experience managing, auditing, and entering high-volume master data or Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, professional phone and email presence for vendor follow-ups.
