Our NYC Technology team is growing again, coming off our second best year in our firm’s history and riding a wave of new business across our client base. Over the last 15 years, we have built deep, trusted relationships with elite Quantitative Trading and Investment Management firms, along with fast-growing startups reshaping AI, FinTech, Cybersecurity, and HealthTech. That momentum is opening new doors. We are expanding into new markets while also deepening our NYC Technology coverage as demand continues to surge and our partnerships grow stronger. The NYC Tech team is 10 people strong today, with an unmatched blend of highly tenured, high-producing recruiters and rising talent whose biggest years are still ahead of them. The work is exciting, visible, and meaningful, spanning ML Engineering and Quant Research, Software Engineering and IT Leadership, Cybersecurity and Information Security leadership, IC-level Software and Data Engineering, and Technical Program and Product Management. Leadership you can actually learn from! This team was started by Coda Search Technology President, Jon Goldberg, who has been with Coda for 12 years and is our top producer firmwide. He personally closed 2024 at $1.9M in permanent placement production and delivered another $1.9M year in 2025. You would be working alongside Jon and report to Genna Schlicht - the Managing Director of the NYC tech team and a true mentor. What it feels like to work here...
