The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all preparation and cooking equipment, food and beverage service items and tableware.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Adheres to sanitation standards for cleaning products utilized in the kitchen (i.e. sanitizer stations/buckets)

Monitors and tests dish machine throughout the shift to ensure proper chemical levels and water temperature

Loads, runs and unload dish machine

Inspects all dishes after wash to ensure cleanliness

Stacks clean dishes to dry and stores in designated areas
