Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Educate school staff and families on recommended techniques and accommodations
