Workday Extend Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Workday Extend Developer to build and support custom Workday applications that enhance business processes and user experiences. This individual will work closely with architects, functional teams, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable Extend solutions within the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy Workday Extend applications.
• Integrate Extend solutions with Workday and external systems.
• Optimize application performance and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of Workday HCM experience.
• Hands-on Workday Extend development experience.
• Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and configuration concepts.
• Experience integrating Extend applications with Workday and third-party systems.
• Understanding of APIs, EIBs, and Workday architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Workday Extend certification.
• Workday Pro certifications.
• VNDLY exposure.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments.
