Job Role: Salesforce Architect Location: Alpharetta, GA (Day1 Onsite) Skill: Salesforce NetZero Cloud

Broad background in solution architecture, technical architecture, and systems engineering. A solid understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multitiered infrastructure, integration patterns, and application servers. Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services. Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premise systems. Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration. Knowledge of software design principles. Ability to communicate solutions to a variety of technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Ability to identify technical design risks. Experience developing governance strategies to mitigate risk. Ability to lead technical resources for the delivery team. Design and coordinate interactions between flows, process builders, triggers, and classes. Lightning Flow experience best practices integration. Develop various Salesforce cloud applications (Service/Sales). Work on all the phases of Software Development Life Cycles: design, development, unit testing, deployment, production support (agile/iterative experience required). Create users, roles, public groups, and implement role hierarchies, sharing rules, and record level permissions to manage sharing access among different users. Develop and configure various reports and report folders for different user profiles based on the need in the organization. Integrating salesforce.com with other UPS internal apps/external such as DocuSign, Passage Technologies" PM+, etc. using SOAP, REST APIs. Create page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on detail pages. Use SOQL and SOSL within governor limits for data manipulation needs of the application using Force.com Explorer. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance. Communicate with stakeholders and other developers to design cohesive project strategies to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, company objectives, and innovative ways to meet mission goals successfully. Interact directly with stakeholders, managers, and end-users, as necessary, to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specification for interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances. Provide system administration support Salesforce certification preferred (admin or app dev).
