Associate Principal

A leading architecture and design practice is seeking an Associate Principal to join its San Francisco studio.
This senior-level role is ideal for a strong design-focused architect with experience leading luxury residential, hospitality, and high-end mixed-use projects. The Associate Principal will provide design leadership, lead project teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the studio.
Responsibilities

Lead design-driven projects from concept through completion.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to project teams.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal leadership.
Oversee design quality, project delivery, and team coordination.
Support client development and studio growth.
Qualifications

Licensed Architect with significant professional experience.
Strong portfolio of design-led luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
Proven experience leading teams and complex projects.
10+ Years Experience
Excellent design, presentation, communication, and client-management skills.
Strong balance of creative vision and project delivery experience.
