Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period
- Perform triage and non-stress tests (NSTs) and monitor fetal status
- Serve as the second nurse at deliveries and help manage overflow patients
- Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care
- Support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation, uphold patient safety and infection control standards

Requirements
- Labor-trained Registered Nurse
- Certifications: NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced obstetric unit
- Proficiency in maternal and newborn monitoring, triage procedures, and postpartum care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
