Client Services Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department supporting client relations and service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Location: Johnston, RI

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift: 10:30am - 7pm after training, hours subject to change due to business needs

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email

• Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, and service requests

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
