Responsibilities

• Perform construction, repair, and restoration work on residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with project managers and restoration teams to ensure timely project completion
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are met
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients on-site
• English speaking is a plus

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, professional attitude
