Critical Care Float Pool RN

Location: Washington State

Assignment Duration: This is a 26-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description: We are seeking a Critical Care Float Pool RN with recent ICU experience to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing critical situations, floating to various critical care units as needed, and supporting diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care nursing to a diverse patient population across multiple units.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assist with procedures and manage advanced medical equipment including vents and IVs.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage ongoing care for critically ill patients.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and family members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of critical care experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Recent ICU experience within the last year is mandatory.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• Proficiency in the interpretation and management of cardiac dysrhythmias.
• Academic or teaching facility experience is required.
