Intermodal Account

Intermodal account. Must live within 35 miles of Racine, WI. Monday - Friday. Start time: 1:00 PM. New drivers start at 0.48 CPM regardless of experience and will earn a 0.01 CPM increase every year after they are hired up to 0.55 CPM. All hub miles paid equal loaded/empty. $65 for live load by customer (approximately 20% live load). $40 for drop and hook at customer regardless of pickup or delivery (approximately 80% drop and hook). $25 extra per Hazmat load. $30 extra per refrigerated load. $15 for any empty move and $23 - $55 for crosstown drop depending on the ramp distance. $20/hr of rail delay (after 1 hour wait). $20/hr after 1.5 hour wait - then $25/hr after the 1st hour. Ramp specific training after orientation: training will last at least 5 full days for new hires. Training pay is $250 per day.

• Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire. If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork.
• Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily.
• Drivers could potentially have the option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months.

$1500 average weekly.

$5000 sign on bonus.

Requirements: 3 months class A experience with a 53 foot trailer. Clean MVR. Clean background. NO SAP drivers. Must be able to pass a hair and urine drug test.
