Workforce IAM Engineer

Proactive and self-directed, the full-time remote Workforce IAM Engineer will design, build, and maintain persona-based access roles and policies while administering enterprise password management and hardware security key platforms to ensure secure identity access across cloud and hybrid environments. Key responsibilities Build, test, deploy, and maintain RBAC roles and access policies as new applications are added Administer the enterprise password management platform and support hardware security key lifecycle management Analyze authentication and access data to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications 3+ years of IT engineering experience, including 1 year with an enterprise password management platform Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta Strong understanding of hardware security tokens and identity management concepts such as RBAC and SSO Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python, ideally including automation through Microsoft Graph API Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and familiarity with privileged access management platforms
