Key Responsibilities Contract setup Submittals Assist with bid package process Change order management Project scheduling Qualifications 1‑3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence related to contract notification provisions. 1‑3 years of reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications, and outlining required submissions. 1‑3 years of experience with project close‑out. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
