Labor and Employment/Commercial Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment/Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will have a background in private practice, with expertise in commercial litigation and/or labor and employment law. Duties Counsel clients on legal matters. Manage discovery processes effectively. Conduct depositions with precision. Draft and argue briefs competently. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in private practice. Experience in commercial litigation and/or labor and employment law. California licensure is a plus. Strong writing, analytical, and oral communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. state. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
