Benefis Health System, a leading tertiary care center in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its established Heart & Vascular Institute. Practice Info Join a collaborative heart and vascular team with experienced cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, and advanced practice providers. Full spectrum of adult cardiothoracic surgery, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and thoracic procedures. Access to advanced imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular programs. Dedicated cardiac operating rooms and hybrid procedural capabilities with a support team of 2-3 surgical PAs and 1 non-surgical PA who take 1st call. Brand new heart and vascular clinic space with 20+ exam rooms in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with dedicated leadership, nursing, and support staff. State-of-the-art emergency trauma department with a dedicated air ambulance program, including fixed and rotor wing. Responsibilities Participate in program development, quality initiatives, and outreach activities. Compensation Competitive guaranteed salary with quality incentives.
