In this role, you will prepare detailed cost estimates, manage bid packages, and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You will play a key role in preconstruction, ensuring accurate budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting successful project delivery.

This role would suit an Estimator with a healthcare background who is looking to apply their expertise within a thriving company that offers strong support for career development and progression.

The Role:

*Healthcare Construction Estimator

*Prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications

*Manage the bid process from pre-construction through turnover

The Person:

*Experience estimating healthcare construction projects

*Strong understanding of construction procedures, designs, and drawings

*Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
