We are currently recruiting for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of the front office. This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and administrative support to create a welcoming and organized healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and obtain required documentation.
• Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances while accurately processing payments.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and update patient information.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure all required forms are completed before appointments.
• Coordinate patient flow with providers and clinic.
