Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Batavia . As a leader in our nursing team, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents, while working closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support and lead our dedicated nursing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and resident satisfaction

• Collaborate with the DON to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure staff adherence to standards of care and resident needs are being met

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff

Requirements:

• New York State RN license required

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care settings, preferably as a Unit Manager or RN Supervisor
