Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in MHE fleet equipment.
- Engage in disassembly, repair, and reassembly of critical components, ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead preventive maintenance and safety inspections, utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Respond swiftly to service calls and equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Maintain meticulous service records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage inventory and order replacement parts, optimizing client resources.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of verifiable experience with forklifts, aerial lifts, tuggers, or material handling equipment.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in industrial equipment mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance Programs and technical schematics interpretation.
- Strong physical capability and a valid Driver's License.


Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with computer instrumentation for diagnostics and maintenance tracking.
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards and industrial batteries.
- Experience with brands like Hyster, Hoist, Crown, and more.
