We're conducting a confidential search for a Project Engineer to support project delivery in the Chicago market. About the Role As a Project Engineer, you'll support the project management team throughout the full construction lifecycle- from preconstruction through closeout- helping keep projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone looking to grow into project leadership within a collaborative commercial construction environment. What You'll Need 4-year BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field 1–4 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar field/office engineering role in commercial construction Experience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Willingness to work in-office, Monday–Friday What's Offered Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Health insurance 401(k) Project Location Projects are based in the Chicagoland market. #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
