Job DescriptionBecome a Hero and join us on our mission to help underserved kids!Generous pay with monthly bonus opportunitiesPTO and paid holidaysCareer growth within your practice and the regionMedical, dental, vision insurance, 401K & moreAcademy Kids Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Colorado Springs, CO, is currently seeking a Patient Coordinator to efficiently execute front office processes, including answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and collecting payment within a pediatric dental practice.Pay range: $17-$24/hr (AND BONUS OPPORTUNITY)Job Responsibilities Deliver a red-carpet experience to all patients and caregivers while ensuring intake information is accurate and completeCall patients regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellationsAdhere to scheduling best practices to ensure the patient’s time is being optimizedReview patient and family health needs to ensure all needs are metCoordinate patient flow by keeping the appointment schedule organized and fullEnsure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved childrenJob Qualifications Attention to detail and the ability to handle a diverse workloadStrong interpersonal skills and a friendly and outgoing demeanorBilingual a plusPreferred knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and eCWPrevious dental experience a plusIn addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Practice SupportSalaried: Hourly
