The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do): Pick garments from designated warehouse locations according to work orders and customer specifications Verify item accuracy, quantities, sizes, colors, and styles before processing orders Stage picked garments for shipment preparation and distribution Prioritize order fulfillment based on shipping schedules and carrier deadlines Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while meeting daily goals Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or location issues to supervisors Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion and shipment Stan's part of the crew.
