What You'll Be Doing Answer inbound calls and create a standout customer experience from the first hello Turn incoming inquiries into booked service appointments Make outbound calls to follow up, confirm, and maximize opportunities Coordinate schedules to keep technicians running efficiently Gather accurate customer information so the field team is set up for success Stay organized and keep things moving—even when it's busy What We're Looking For 3+ years in a high-volume customer service or call center role Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly Proven ability to convert calls into booked appointments Comfortable discussing and promoting membership/service plans Highly organized with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office + web-based systems) Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment What You'll Get We take care of our people-period.
