RN - Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Cath Lab License: State License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS (Preferred) Must-Have: Experience with EPIC is required.Pre/post-op duties experience is required. Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab RN to join the team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and possess essential certifications and skills.This position offers normal business hours with call required.Schedule options include four 9-hour days or five 8-hour days per week.Call requirement will be determined based on skill set. Patient diagnoses include AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, and PVD.The Cath Lab provides diagnostic procedures and PCI in a Level 2 lab environment.The EP Lab handles device changeouts, upgrades, ICD, and pacemaker management.Special procedures involve vascular angiogram and simple interventional radiology procedures.Special equipment includes Impella, IABP, temp pacer, shockwave, DFR, IVUS, and FFR. Experience with emergency medications and various catheterizations is essential.The role includes responsibilities for monitoring procedural sedation and interpreting dysrhythmias.Candidates should be familiar with various nursing skills including IV management and infection prevention.Interdisciplinary support is available from multiple allied health professionals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
