The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This is a variable service provider NP/PA (APP) role with an average of 20‑30 hours per week. Licensure preferred in TX, VA, AZ, MS, FL. This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities Call Humana members to discuss open care gaps and place needed orders (specifically women who had a fracture in the last 6 months). Create and register a patient record within Athena. Verify benefits. Gather medication, medical and surgical history. Coordinate management of members social needs to help facilitate gap closure – providing transportation services. Use your skills to make an impact. Required Qualifications Master’s in Science in Nursing. Active, unrestricted NP Licensure preferred in TX, VA, AZ, MS, FL. 2+ years of experience. Travel While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 1 Pay Range $149,800 - $206,100 per year.
