Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time

Practice Name: Arizona Smile Design

Location: Sun City West, AZ (serving Sun City West, Surprise, Peoria, and surrounding Northwest Valley communities)

Compensation: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Hygiene Bonus

Schedule: Monday – Thursday from 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Coming in the near future!)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Led by Dr. Kevin Mueller, who brings over four decades of clinical and educational experience, our clinic provides comprehensive dental care-ranging from advanced preventive and cosmetic dentistry to specialized TMJ therapy, dental implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

We are looking for an energetic, patient-oriented, and collaborative Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our tight-knit team.

In this role, you aren't just cleaning teeth; you are a vital clinical partner. We are looking for a true team player who will work closely with our doctors to co-diagnose and build mutually supportive schedules , helping to educate patients on comprehensive treatment paths that support both overall health and aesthetics. • Exceptional Patient Care: Deliver top-tier, gentle preventive and periodontal care in line with our comfort-focused, anxiety-free philosophy (including supporting patients who benefit from our sedation options).

• Clinical Co-Diagnosis: Partner with the doctor during examinations to co-diagnose, identify restorative and cosmetic treatment opportunities, and educate patients on their comprehensive care plans.

• Patient Education: Thoroughly explain oral health findings using our modern digital imaging technology, helping patients understand clinical recommendations.

• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in managing and building productive schedules to keep our fast-paced office running efficiently.

• Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License (Required)

• Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)

• Local Anesthesia Certification (Required)

• Laser Certification (Required)

• Current CPR Certification (Required)

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with an eagerness to collaborate on treatment planning.

• Excellent verbal communication skills to build trust with nervous patients and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.

• Ability to thrive in a friendly, high-energy, and fast-paced environment.
