Our client is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Yonkers, NY , specializing in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems . This includes service and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, boilers, thermostats, and controls .

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, package rooftops, split systems, controls, pumps, and VAVs
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service while addressing client needs
• Apply strong problem‐solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks
• Work efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
• Carry and climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Participate in after‐hours on‐call rotation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC Service Technician experience
• High School diploma or GED required; technical school education preferred
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and background check
• OSHA certification a plus (not required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: climbing, carrying 75 lbs+ , bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, working at heights and in confined spaces
