Remote Psychia trist (MD/DO) Telehealth | No Call | High Compensation

The Company is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join a rapidly growing, multi-state telehealth program focused on Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) services within nursing home populations.

This is a fully remote position offering exceptional work-life balance, minimal administrative burden, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative care delivery model that enhances patient outcomes through coordinated behavioral health services.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a remote Psychiatrist.

$340,000 - $390,000 Salary (based on NP supervision responsibilities)

Requirements:

Florida Medical License
Must be willing to get licensed in other states (Company will pay for it)
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Positive Attitude
Willingness to Collaborate With Psychologist, Psychiatrists, And Nurse Practitioners

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct brief telepsychiatry visits (~5-10 minutes per patient) focused on BHI program follow-up
Complete approximately 30 patient encounters per day (efficient, check-in style visits)
Serve as the billing/initiating provider for BHI services
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (NPs, therapists, facility staff)
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)
Support care coordination efforts to improve patient behavioral health outcomes

Schedule:

Office Hours 8 - 5 EST
Your schedule will be based on your efficiency
Most providers are done by 2pm-3pm everyday
No Call
No Nights
No Weekends
