Registered Nurse

Location UCHealth UCHlth Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland, CO. Position Details Full-time, 64 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Days shift. Pay: $38.91 – $60.31 per hour, dependent on experience. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program with less than 3 years of experience, or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months RN experience. ACL within 6 months of hire. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; CPR card valid for 60 days of hire. Key Responsibilities Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new staff and encouraging continuous learning. Perioperative Focus Direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels. Follow AORN and ABPN core curriculum and certification standards.
